Why it’s important to focus on the positive…

Our thoughts control our emotions, which in turn control our behaviours or actions. Whatever you focus on, you get more of. Whatever you focus on, you move towards, whether that’s negative or positive.

A negative thought will create a negative feeling, then a negative behaviour, which in turn will reinforce the negative thought.

A positive thought will lead to a positive feeling and behaviour which will reinforce the positive thought.

The most important words you’ll ever hear are the ones you tell yourself.

Focus on the positive things. Be kind to yourself, because you truly deserve it.
